By subscribing to Darkly Romanticized, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

• Subscription fees are charged either monthly or annually, based on your selected plan
• All fees are in USD and are non-negotiable
• Founding Member rates are locked in for the duration of a continuous subscription

Refund Policy

• Due to the immediate access to digital content, downloadable materials, and exclusive resources, all purchases are final and non-refundable
• By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to premium content and, therefore, waive any right to a "cooling off" period
• No refunds will be issued for:
- Partially used subscription periods
- Downloaded digital content
- Accessed exclusive materials
- Consultation services already rendered

3. Digital Content and Intellectual Property

• All content provided through Darkly Romanticized is protected by copyright
• Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission
• Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to content
• Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund

4. Membership Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
• Access to premium content will continue until the end of your paid period

5. Code of Conduct

• Members agree to maintain respectful communication in all community spaces
• Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination
• No solicitation or unauthorized promotional content

7. Limitation of Liability Darkly Romanticized and Courtney Ann shall not be liable for:
